ⅩⅩⅠ Cup of Krasnoyarsk Region

In 2017 All Russian Federation of Dancesport organized 21th competition for the XÕI Cup of Krasnoyarsk Region. That was a great magnificent event visited by sportsmen and guest from many countries. Tournament guests’ performances also took place.

Competition lasted 3 days. There were specified rooms with timetables for each day. First active room for the first day had a name, placed in ads.

At the end of the day, room for the next day gets the nickname from the ads. This allowed to show an actual timetable for the current competition via public monitors. Service users and guests had no inconveniences as the reference was the same for all 3 days. Timetable was the only thing changed.

Public monitors were placed in lobby, changing rooms and near the exit to the parquet. While out of performance stage, any visitor or sportsman was informed about competition: who is performing at the moment, who’s next and when an etc. This allowed sportsmen to stay calm and do not worry about being late.

Information displayed on the screens was changing automatically depending on time of the event. But sometimes sport events go not as planned. Time of next performance, pairs sequence and even the whole timetable may be changed at any dance competitions; quarterfinals, semifinal and finals are always added to the schedule. In that case, all such changes were added manually and displayed on screens at once.
